Black and white photography or monochrome, is a style of photography that gives a photo another dimension, another story. I wanted to create a feeling of prominence and strength with these two icons. The bushfires here in Australia have killed more than half of our population of Koalas. This image represents the vulnerability and strength of this iconic critter. The Split Point Lighthouse stands tall and shines bright, displaying its importance and relevance along our Victorian coastlines.
